ReplyDeletethe ps3 menu shows you can backup or copy save from usb drive,.. maybe your usb drive is full or something.. i can copy my save from mw3 using save games menu then copy it through my flashdrive.,.. try it again.. or your doing it wrong..
DeleteSadly, you would need to "jailbreak" your PS3 to extract your DI saves, because they are copy-protected. :(
DeleteI downloaded this game from ^^nosteam^^ ,i followed the installation instuctions but when i try to run it, theres always a pop-up error message that says "App ID not configured" then another one"requires steam to run this game".....plis help....:(..What do i do?
ReplyDeleteok.. i found a workaround for this one... im sharing it for the greater good.. hahaha open.. dise.... the error should come up right... ignored that bitch then go to the characters window.. and see if your character comes up.. when it doesnt... go to preference.. select your game save location.. then boom. press refresh button below the characters window.. your characters should appear now.. its fix.. dont try to open your save via file menu in the menu toolbar it will eventually crash..open your save via this method and the appid not configure doesn't come up anymore..
Deleteok after tinkering around a little more.. i think... the error fixed itself.. it seems it is a problem with a condition that relies whether or not you configured the save game location or not.. setting the save game location is probably the thing that fixed that error. i cant seem to understand why it shows up it should have been.. "the save game location is not configured not the appId is not configured..." thanks devs but i think you should change that dialog window into what i suggested or better.. it easy to miss it if you are a noob or something.

DeleteIs there any way to move my xbox save to the pc? I have already obained a copy of it with Modio. When I load it with your program I try to export it as a game save but all the options are greyed out. The only other way I can think of is to export inventory, skills, collectables, and game progress all individually and then import them into an existing game save for the pc. Does that sound right or is there an easier way?

DeleteHello! Until I figure out how to process all of the quest data, I'm afraid conversion between platforms will be impossible. It has been and still is a planned feature, but due to the difficulty, I haven't been able to implement it in DISE yet. For now, one can only import game progress into saves for the same platform, e.g. PC->PC, Xbox->Xbox.
DeleteOne idea however, is to start a new game from the same chapter, then move over everything except for the game progress.

DeleteI have the ^^nosteam^^ version of this game and I am having troubles finding the save game folder for this game. I installed it on the D Drive partition not the C Drive. I had this game before and I still have my old save game files and I want to reuse them. Does anybody know where the save game folder is so I can replace the current save game with my old save game? any help is much appreciated. I am running Windows XP.
