What's new?
- Implemented weapon mods/blueprints, ID cards, news and tapes
- Implemented item categories (for inventories)
- More game-saves should load now (there was one unexplored area)
- Changed "Dmg/For" to "Level" (it just seems more appropriate, even if it's still not just right)
- Enable changing level and dur/han for all items
- Fixed value being set to minimum for spin controls when exceeding the max (signed integer) value of 2147483647
- Minor fix

ReplyDeleteThat's interesting. :O I don't edit the default.pro file. Could you please e-mail me to talk about this more in detail? Thanks!

ReplyDeletePlease e-mail me because I prefer not filling up the commenting area with these kinds of things. :)
ReplyDeleteI know about the caching wih Steam, which I believe makes your game-save corrupted or appear as corrupted.
I'll have try to see if I can find a way to force a sync and implement it in the editor. :)
ReplyDeletei wanna to make a high damage eviscerator but i dunno wat the value is the best?? N i some how dunno how to calculate the value.....?
ReplyDeleteI am not really sure. I haven't looked into it very much but it would be interesting to figure it out. You can play with the "Level", but it's kind of random, actually.
ReplyDeleteI'm new here and i just wanna know if the reset skill is included on alpha 17 and if it is working perfectly.
ReplyDeleteSure, resetting skills has been available for a while (on the Skills tab) and it's also my intention to continue including this in alpha 17. :)
ReplyDeleteIt has worked perfectly for me, so please see for yourself if it works for you. :)
thanks! worked fine, this was a saver, almost given up on my character and the game itself, i'm not really the type who replays things when it is done, and at the same time the one who wants his first run to be perfect or almost perfect ^^ thanks a lot, great job on this!
ReplyDeleteHi, Jaycez! Thanks a lot! :D I'm the same, actually. I had to make some decisions in a game some time ago, and I left the game up (probably until the next day) just to calculate stuff before continuing. :S
ReplyDeletehappens to me a lot, i actually haven't started a great game (for 2-3 years now?) without first researching on what character i'd play that's best suited to me, i usually end up with a plan even before i play the game, haha, then end up changing lots of things when i actually play it. hmmm, i think i'll mess around with the item generator ^^

ReplyDeletehmmm, i noticed that the items in my inventory have their own numbers, level and dur/han i tried to copy those values and put them on another weapon and surprisingly it gives me the same color a blue defender of the motherland etc, so i'm thinking that the only way to get the correct stat for a legend grade item is if someone posted their legend grade item level and dur/han values, which i think will result into the same weapon, i'll do some more testing...
ReplyDeletei am wondering if there's a way for you to get the level & dur/han values of the legend grade items in their corresponding levels, or in increments of 5 "lv5, 10, 15 etc." i think its easier to start with legend grade items cause maybe they have their stats fixed per level. otherwise all the numbers are actually random, as you stated before, hahaha :]
ReplyDeleteThat's good info, Jaycez! I was wondering about this actually (if the same numbers would have the same or similar effect for other items), but didn't find the time to test it properly. Very good to know! :D
ReplyDeleteThere's apparently some randomness. If you change the level/dur/han values (then load the game), then change the values back to their original value, the item's original base parameters will probably have changed after you load up the game again. :S
